Christian Dior Event and CSR Project Assistant Intern

- Support the Project Manager in gender equity initiatives, ensuring the smooth execution of existing programs and the development of new initiatives.
- Oversee the recruitment campaign for Women@Dior mentees in collaboration with UNESCO, regional Dior offices, and partner schools.
- Serve as the primary contact for mentees and mentors, addressing inquiries related to the program.
- Contribute to the development of program content through new activities and partnerships.
- Assist in organizing events and activations for the Women@Dior community, including the annual UNESCO x Women@Dior Global Conference.
- Coordinate with event agencies and service providers to ensure the successful execution of the conference.
- Manage invitation lists and RSVPs in collaboration with the event agency.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements with the travel agency.
- Facilitate information flow among internal teams involved in events, such as Press, Visual Merchandising, and Logistics.
- Support Dior's participation in the Young Leaders jury and organize the annual business trip for program laureates.
- Contribute to other CSR initiatives as needed.
- Initial experience in organizing medium to large-scale events.
- Familiarity with coordinating multiple service providers and partners.
- Experience in implementing impact programs or a strong personal interest in gender equality and women's empowerment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, adaptable to various interlocutors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level experience in event organization and coordination.
