1. Support the Project Manager in charge of gender equity initiatives.
2. Ensure the smooth execution of the Women@Dior mentorship and education program.
3. Coordinate the recruitment campaign for Mentees in collaboration with UNESCO and regional Dior offices.
4. Serve as the main contact for Mentees and Mentors regarding program inquiries.
5. Assist in developing program content through new activities and partnerships.
6. Organize events and activations for the Women@Dior community, including the UNESCO x Women@Dior Global Conference.
7. Coordinate with the event agency and service providers for the conference.
8. Manage invitation lists and RSVPs in collaboration with the event agency.
9. Oversee travel arrangements for the conference.
10. Facilitate communication among internal teams involved in the event.
11. Support Dior's participation in the Young Leaders jury.
12. Organize the annual business trip for program laureates.

1. First experience in organizing medium to large-scale events.
2. Familiarity with coordinating multiple service providers and partners.
3. Interest in gender equality and women's empowerment.

1. Excellent organizational skills.
2. Analytical mindset.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English.

Entry-level experience in event organization and program implementation.
