- Proactively contribute to the creation and development of the Purchasing Department for Dior Europe.
- Define and implement the purchasing strategy to deliver optimal value to Dior.
- Lead sourcing and execution of key projects, establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop a first-rate sourcing strategy.
- Act as a business partner to various departments, structuring purchasing activities and processes to provide commercial value.
- Define procurement strategies with stakeholders and budget holders for Marketing & Communication and indirect categories.
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers in alignment with economic objectives and legal requirements.
- Manage the execution of action plans to enhance purchasing processes, methods, and tools.
- Conduct end-to-end negotiation processes and evaluate supplier networks through market prospecting.
- Ensure periodic analysis of supplier network evolution.
- Establish KPIs and reporting documents to track performance, providing key measurement statistics, analyses, and reports on purchasing activities and projects.
- Contribute to the implementation of Coupa and other SaaS solutions, ensuring compliance with purchasing processes and maintaining policy adherence.
- Lead the development of a digital supplier catalog and evaluation system by developing KPIs and analyzing results.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience within a global purchasing organization.
- Strong knowledge of the commercial environment of marketing and communication, as well as indirect purchasing categories.
- Understanding of luxury sector requirements and awareness.
- Proven experience in managing marketing and communication projects.
- Strong project management skills.
