Christian Dior European Financial Controller

- Ensure the reliability of accounts and adherence to IFRS accounting standards across all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) for the European region.
- Report monthly closures to the central Finance Department within specified deadlines.
- Present financial results to the European General Management.
- Monitor expenditures to adhere to budgetary constraints, alerting to potential overruns and implementing action plans to ensure operational results.
- Lead the budgetary construction process within subsidiaries and central business teams (budget, revisions, and three-year plans).
- Consolidate and ensure the reliability of forecasted financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).
- Critically review various budgetary items and construct predictive stock equations.
- Report to the central Finance Department within specified deadlines and prepare presentations for European and Central General Management.
- Manage KPI dashboards for the region.
- Oversee all group reporting: treasury, tax, IFRS adjustments.
- Coordinate with the legal department on the European lease database.
- Analyze weekly store sales across Europe for the European management committee.
- Conduct various analyses as requested by the European CFO or the President of the European region.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit and/or operational financial control within a retail environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in navigating complex environments and adapting to multiple demands with agility.
- Dynamic, curious, proactive, and autonomous.
- Fluency in English is essential.
A minimum of 10 years in audit and/or operational financial control within a retail setting.
