Christian Dior European Finance Manager

- Lead and manage the European Financial Control department, overseeing a team of four, including three controllers and one intern.
- Ensure the development and enhancement of team skills, promoting collaboration and synergy with other departments.
- Guarantee the accuracy and compliance of financial data (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with IFRS standards and meet monthly reporting deadlines.

- Provide strategic support to the CFO Europe on various financial matters, offering analytical insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Engage with the European financial community, addressing specific issues such as fraud, payment, accounting, and tax matters.
- 10-15 years of experience in audit/control/finance, including team management, ideally in international retail.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Management or equivalent.
