Christian Dior European Finance Manager

1. Lead and manage the European Financial Control department, overseeing a team of four, including three controllers and one intern.
2. Ensure the development and enhancement of team skills, promoting collaboration and synergy with other departments.
3. Guarantee the accuracy and compliance of financial data (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with IFRS standards and meet monthly reporting deadlines.
4. Drive budgetary and forecasting processes for the European region, analyzing performance and proposing action plans to optimize costs.
5. Present financial information to the European General Management and prepare budget presentations.
6. Review and assess business plans for European network development projects.
7. Act as a key business partner for financial and retail projects, ensuring adherence to accounting, control, and fiscal standards.
8. Participate in project design, coordinate central and local teams, and promote financial process harmonization across the region.
9. Provide strategic support to the CFO Europe on various financial matters, offering analytical insights to inform strategic decisions.
10. Engage with the European financial community, addressing specific issues such as fraud, payment, accounting, and tax matters.

1. 10-15 years of experience in audit/control/finance, including team management, ideally in international retail.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Management or equivalent.
