Christian Dior EMEA Operations Intern

- Collaborate closely with the EMEA Operations Manager to support the retail network in delivering operational excellence across the region.
- Ensure compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures through coordination of monthly internal controls and preparation of executive summaries.
- Conduct store visits, align findings with retail teams, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Prepare monthly reports and perform analyses on sales, cash, stock management, and key performance indicators.
- Assist in training sessions on policies and processes for the EMEA Operations Manager.
- Participate in the preparation, setup, and execution of retail projects, including digital transformation initiatives.
- Support all zones on the POS system related to stock and till transactions, including deployment and communication.
- Coordinate annual inventories in stores and warehouses, reporting results to management.
- Oversee the EOL process for the Trunk Show Warehouse and participate in the France Family Sale organization.
- Update various Retail Operations Procedures.
- Higher education in engineering, business, or a related field (bac +4/5).
- Previous internship experience in supply chain or merchandising is preferred.
- Proficiency in professional English and fluency in French.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively raise alerts.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with warehouses and retail teams.
Ideal candidates will have completed a 6-month internship in supply chain or merchandising.
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field.
