1. Prepare samples and prototypes for fittings, ensuring garments are production-ready and meet couture standards.
2. Organize materials, embroidery bases and components for new development launches.
3. Track deliveries and manage orders for embroidery supplies and components.
4. Coordinate and liaise with external artisans, ateliers and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
5. Research and propose new embroidery techniques, materials and surface treatments.
6. Draft and maintain detailed technical sheets and documentation for embroidery designs.
7. Support overall follow-up of embroidery development projects, timelines and launches.
8. Create texture studies and technical renderings on garments using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

1. BA or MA in Fashion Design (or equivalent) with a valid internship agreement from current school, mandatory.
2. Portfolio submission required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
3. Fluency in French and English is essential; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
5. Keen attention to detail and a quality-driven approach to workmanship.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
