1. Develop and implement corporate professional development strategies to address organizational needs.
2. Identify and address corporate development requirements at all levels, focusing on people management and early career professionals.
3. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in corporate learning and development.
4. Monitor and evaluate the impact and ROI of training programs, recommending improvements.
5. Assess organizational needs to prioritize leadership and non-leadership development initiatives.
6. Design and facilitate customized team building and leadership development experiences.
7. Oversee and enhance existing retail development programs.
8. Collaborate with HR and regional partners to create engaging learning experiences.
9. Lead annual appraisal processes and organizational management reviews.
10. Manage budget and resources for development programs.

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate and leadership development.

The salary range is $150,000 - $165,000 annually, with bonus eligibility.
