- Develop and implement corporate professional development strategies to address organizational needs.
- Identify and address corporate development requirements at all levels, focusing on people management and early career professionals.
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in corporate learning and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact and ROI of training programs, recommending improvements.
- Assess organizational needs to prioritize leadership and non-leadership development initiatives.
- Design and facilitate customized team building and leadership development experiences.
- Oversee and enhance existing retail development programs.
- Collaborate with HR and regional partners to create engaging learning experiences.
- Lead annual appraisal processes and organizational management reviews.
- Manage budget and resources for development programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in corporate and leadership development.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong facilitation and collaboration abilities.
- Organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and project management capabilities.
A minimum of 5 years in corporate and leadership development roles is required.
The salary range is $150,000 - $165,000 annually, with bonus eligibility.
