- Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and deliver a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup and skincare, presenting and applying products to inspire and attract new clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
- Engage in cross-selling across product categories to enhance average transaction value and units.
- Initiate client contact and welcome them both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
- Develop personal relationships with clients to foster loyalty, introducing the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
- Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and brand ethos.
- Participate in merchandise management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, report issues, and ensure adequate product availability.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Update client data and sales information in the iPOS tool.
- Utilize the customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required.
- Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
