Christian Dior Digital Marketing and Media Trainee

- Coordinate the efficient allocation of creative assets across media platforms, including print, digital, social, and outdoor.
- Oversee production timelines, trackers, visual media plans, and approval processes for media placements.
- Manage invoices, invoice tracking, and the billing process.
- Compile monthly and seasonal competitive analysis reports across various markets and media types.
- Communicate daily with the Paris office for project coordination and presentation of new media opportunities across the Americas.
- Manage media plan updates using the Mediayours tool.
- Review media authorizations prior to management approval.
- Organize and maintain reporting documents.
- Review and preview social media plans and links across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Contribute to the creation of 360 media decks and executive presentations using PowerPoint.
- Maintain the media library.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for working with numbers and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to design and create visual storytelling presentations in PowerPoint.
- Proactive attitude with strong follow-through and follow-up practices.
- Capability to work under tight timelines in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry.
At least 6 months of prior relevant experience in digital marketing or media.
$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
