- Designs the optimal organization of the boutique under the guidance of the Boutique Manager, recruits suitable profiles, and ensures a proactive talent pipeline.
- Drives performance and compensation management, ensures people development, motivates, and reinforces engagement.
- Manages, trains, coaches, and motivates the boutique team daily.
- Conducts and participates in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, and merchandising.
- Facilitates communication between management and associates.
- Assists the Boutique Manager in diagnosing and defining action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Leads the implementation and monitoring of action plans.
- Assists in assigning and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
- Participates in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
- Assists the Boutique Manager in optimizing boutique performance and profitability.
- Monitors boutique KPIs.
- Participates in coordinating sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Assists in implementing and monitoring CRM programs and actions.
- Acts as an Ambassador of the Maison, supporting the Boutique Manager in building direct contact with VIPs.
- Implements group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Oversees back office and administration of the boutique.
- Ensures compliance of associates with established company policies and standards.
- Locks and secures the store, overseeing compliance with security procedures.
- Oversees boutique expenses.
- Solves problems affecting the department’s service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Gathers merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Oversees and participates in department inventories.
- Monitors proper pricing of merchandise.
- Minimizes stock losses.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
