1. Collaborate closely with the Boutique Manager to set the annual strategic plan and prepare annual budgets.
2. Attend manager meetings to review store performance and provide regular feedback to the Boutique Manager.
3. Track daily sales against monthly/annual targets and take necessary actions.
4. Develop an annual calendar and oversee the implementation of marketing activities in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
5. Manage, engage, and guide the department team, setting objectives and budgets for them and ensuring their accomplishment.
6. Coach, train, and mentor team members to achieve their objectives.

1. 5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 2 years of management in a luxury product setting.

1. Ability to identify and meet the needs of customers to exceed their expectations.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills in a fast-paced environment.
3. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sense.
4. Good knowledge of the luxury industry.
5. Fluent in German and English; another language is a plus.

5+ years of retail experience required, preferably with at least 2 years of management in a luxury product setting.
