Christian Dior Department Manager

- Develop and manage sales within the department across Parisian locations including department stores, flagships, and travel retail.
- Report to the Store Manager and strengthen the boutique's managerial structure.
- Oversee a product category and sales team, ensuring the client experience aligns with Christian Dior's standards.
- Drive commercial performance by increasing sales and clientele development.
- Implement Christian Dior's commercial strategy and ensure excellence in customer service and boutique presentation.
- Manage disputes in accordance with the brand's commercial policy.
- Enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Monitor department performance through key indicators, propose and deploy action plans, and provide regular reporting.
- Co-animate team objectives and motivation through daily briefings.
- Recruit, integrate, train, and coach team members, fostering individual development plans.
- Ensure proper stock management and adherence to internal control procedures.
- Communicate managerial messages from the Store Director and Assistant to the team.
- Relay team feedback to the Store Director and maintain a positive social climate and high performance within the department.
- Foster trust and collaboration with other departments and European boutiques.
- Minimum of 5 years of team management experience in luxury and retail sectors.
- Strong initiative and commercial acumen with a passion for fashion and products.
- Proven excellence in service and client experience within a boutique setting.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
- Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
A minimum of 5 years in team management within the luxury and retail industry is required.
