Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales within the department.
- Report to the Store Manager and strengthen the store's management structure.
- Oversee a product category and sales team, ensuring the customer experience aligns with Christian Dior's standards.
- Drive commercial performance and revenue growth.
- Implement Christian Dior's commercial strategy.
- Ensure excellence in customer experience and service in the store.
- Manage disputes in accordance with company policy.
- Enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor department performance through key indicators and propose action plans.
- Co-animate team objectives and motivate through daily briefings.
- Recruit, integrate, train, and coach team members.
- Organize the store and manage stock.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and internal controls.
- Communicate managerial messages from the Boutique Director to the team.
- Provide feedback to the Boutique Director.
- Maintain a positive social climate and high performance within the department.
- Foster trust and collaboration with other departments and European boutiques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management within luxury and retail sectors.
Skills
- Strong initiative and commercial sense.
- Sensitivity to fashion and product affinity.
- Excellent service and customer experience skills.
- Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
Experience Requirements
