Christian Dior Department Manager

1. Develop and manage sales within the department.
2. Report to the Store Manager and strengthen the store's management structure.
3. Oversee a product category and sales team, ensuring the customer experience aligns with Christian Dior's standards.
4. Drive commercial performance and revenue growth.
5. Implement Christian Dior's commercial strategy.
6. Ensure excellence in customer experience and service in the store.
7. Manage disputes in accordance with company policy.
8. Enhance customer loyalty.
9. Monitor department performance through key indicators and propose action plans.
10. Co-animate team objectives and motivate through daily briefings.
11. Recruit, integrate, train, and coach team members.
12. Organize the store and manage stock.
13. Ensure compliance with procedures and internal controls.
14. Communicate managerial messages from the Boutique Director to the team.
15. Provide feedback to the Boutique Director.
16. Maintain a positive social climate and high performance within the department.
17. Foster trust and collaboration with other departments and European boutiques.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in team management within luxury and retail sectors.

3. Excellent service and customer experience skills.
4. Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
6. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
