- Oversee and develop sales within the designated department, ensuring alignment with the brand's strategic objectives.
- Manage a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to Christian Dior's values.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and service, maintaining the brand's high standards in all client interactions.
- Drive commercial performance by achieving sales targets and expanding the client base.
- Implement the commercial strategy of Christian Dior, ensuring the boutique's visual merchandising and overall presentation meet brand standards.
- Handle customer disputes in accordance with the company's commercial policies.
- Enhance customer loyalty through personalized service and relationship building.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, proposing and deploying action plans to achieve objectives.
- Coordinate daily team briefings to motivate and align the team with the boutique's goals.
- Recruit, integrate, train, and coach team members, developing individual and team capabilities.
- Ensure efficient stock management and adherence to internal control procedures.
- Facilitate communication between the boutique director and the team, ensuring a positive work environment and high performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with other departments and European boutiques to support collaborative efforts.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management.
- Proven track record in team leadership and commercial management within the luxury sector.
- Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
- Deep understanding of fashion and luxury products.
- Excellent customer service and client experience skills.
- Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of five years in team management within the luxury and retail sectors is required.
