1. Lead the department in driving sales and closely monitor performance to maximize sales opportunities.
2. Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and other business goals by demonstrating sales leadership and providing full floor support.
3. Maintain the sales mix and ensure staff engage in cross-selling across the Boutique.
4. Enhance selling techniques, clientele, and product knowledge to deliver exceptional Dior client service.
5. Plan and implement actions to adapt to market conditions and improve business performance.
6. Maximize recruitment opportunities and maintain excellent client relationships.
7. Promote clientele development to ensure the highest level of client experience.
8. Act as a Brand ambassador during private appointments arranged by selling staff.
9. Encourage the use of 'Be Dior' among the team to increase client loyalty.
10. Support Boutique events that contribute to client development and performance.
11. Manage and motivate the department to achieve exceptional results, including sales and client development.
12. Set individual and department goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
13. Coach staff for performance improvement and promote curiosity, diversity, and collaboration.
14. Maintain a harmonious working environment and foster team spirit.
15. Train Supervisors to manage junior staff and identify potential for career development.
16. Manage daily operations of the department and act as Boutique-in-charge in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
17. Ensure the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising, and store image to the highest standard.
18. Guarantee compliance with Dior's internal procedures and guidelines.
19. Collaborate with BOH and Merchandising teams on inventory management and replenishment.

1. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years at a managerial level in the luxury retail industry.
