- Manage and coach the sales team alongside the Store Manager, focusing on talent development and performance evaluation.
- Lead the department team through briefings, goal setting, and training on product categories.
- Foster a team spirit by motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
- Maximize sales results and performance indicators for the product categories.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local and international clients, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term trust.
- Monitor and communicate sales targets and KPIs.
- Act as a Dior Ambassador, embodying the brand's DNA for both customers and the store team.
- Coordinate and analyze product category performance, collaborating with the Retail Merchandiser to develop business strategies.
- Train the team on product knowledge and market trends.
- Oversee purchasing, restocking, and stock management in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, instructing staff on correct operational practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail team management within the luxury sector.
