1. Ensure meticulous organization of the Back of House, including safe management and adherence to 5S standards.
2. Lead and manage all incoming and outgoing requests, ensuring compliance with consolidation protocols.
3. Oversee loans, transfers, and monthly cycle counts while maintaining inventory accuracy and safe organization.
4. Support Operations teams with incoming requests such as reservations, Client Go bags, and CSR-related tasks.
5. Facilitate communication between Management and sales associates, acting as a liaison.
6. Assist Sales Associates on the floor, focusing on tandem selling strategies.
7. Coordinate launch preparations, including photos, styling, and client reservation tracking.
8. Organize events and client experiences in collaboration with the Merchandising Team.
9. Capture and share images of new arrivals with the boutique team.
10. Create transfers for requested pieces and manage outgoing items as needed.
11. Maintain the salon's image in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines and support floor changes.
12. Partner with Operations teams for Messenger service and client deliveries as required.

1. Jewelry experience preferred
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
3. Capacity to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
4. Flexible schedule, including evenings, late nights, and weekends

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30 USD.
