1. Collaborate closely with retail teams across the Americas to ensure seamless communication.
2. Coordinate with Central CRM and local corporate partners, including warehouse logistics.
3. Engage in daily communication with boutique management teams in the Americas.
4. Create presentation materials for internal and store use.
5. Support the CRM department with gifting projects and administrative tasks.
6. Assist in client gifting review, approval, and fulfillment processes.
7. Partner with store operations and warehouse for gifting logistics and shipping.
8. Manage CRM gifting and collateral inventory with regular counts.
9. Coordinate and support the execution of gifting campaigns.
10. Generate status and tracking reports for team review.
11. Produce weekly and monthly gifting ROI reports.
12. Conduct research projects and competitor analysis as needed.
13. Perform general clerical and administrative duties.

1. Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
3. Background in luxury retail is advantageous.

3. Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
6. Analytical capabilities and aptitude for learning new applications.

A minimum of 6 months of prior experience is required, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

The role offers a salary of $20 per hour.
