1. Work closely with retail teams in the Americas.
2. Coordinate communication with Central CRM and local corporate partners.
3. Daily communication with boutique management teams in the Americas.
4. Create presentation materials for store or internal use.
5. Support CRM department with gifting projects and administrative tasks.
6. Assist with client gifting review, approval, and fulfillment.
7. Partner with store operations and warehouse for gifting logistics and shipping.
8. Manage CRM gifting and collateral inventory.
9. Coordinate and support execution of gifting campaigns.
10. Create status and tracking reports.
11. Produce weekly and monthly gifting ROI reports.
12. Conduct research projects and competitor analysis.
13. Perform general clerical and administrative duties.

1. Full-time, 12 Month Program
2. Must be available Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home
3. At least 6 months of prior experience
4. Background in luxury retail is a plus

2. Proactive follow-through practices

4. Ability to work under specific timelines and in fast-paced environments
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
6. Proficient analytical capabilities and computer skills
7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)

Beginner level with at least 6 months of prior experience.

Salary of $20 per hour.
