- Collaborate closely with retail teams across the Americas to ensure seamless communication.
- Gather and relay weekly updates and deadlines from the CRM team to retail communications.
- Coordinate communications with Central CRM and local corporate partners as required.
- Assist in the creation and dissemination of boutique training materials focused on clienteling practices.
- Participate in regular CRM remote training sessions with boutiques.
- Support the department in driving clienteling excellence across all boutiques.
- Manage internal CRM software, providing teaching and troubleshooting support for boutiques.
- Assist with boutique-level initiatives, including client capture programs and follow-up campaigns.
- Conduct database troubleshooting, including clean-up projects and updating information.
- Support CRM Analyst with data exports and updating internal files for weekly reporting.
- Create weekly reports for planned business and client capture initiatives.
- Oversee the internal process for new store openings.
- Manage and update internal SharePoints.
- Conduct research projects, including competitor analysis, as needed.
- Availability for a full-time, 12-month program, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
- Background in luxury retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in visual design.
- Proactive follow-through practices.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient analytical capabilities and ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field, preferably within luxury retail.
