- Assist in managing and executing recurring zone-level client reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill additional reporting and list requirements.
- Create ad hoc reporting decks and insights utilizing internal data platforms.
- Support CRM database hygiene and report maintenance.
- Manage client reallocation projects bi-weekly using CRM tools.
- Conduct spot checks on direct mail client lists for duplicates and fraud.
- Assist with direct mail processes, including list pulls and vendor relationships.
- Full-time availability for a 12-month program, Monday to Friday, 9-6pm with remote work on Fridays.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven analytical skills and a strong desire to work with data sets.
- Background in luxury retail is preferred.
- Proactive follow-through and strong time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills for handling large datasets.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to make autonomous decisions efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field is required.
