- Manage and run recurring zone-level client reports
- Collaborate with internal partners for additional reporting and list needs
- Create ad hoc reporting decks and insights using internal data platforms
- Assist with CRM database hygiene and report maintenance
- Manage client reallocation projects bi-weekly using CRM tools
- Spot check direct mail client lists for duplicate profiles and fraud
- Assist with direct mail processes, including list pulls, organization, and vendor relationships
- Full-time, 12-month program
- Available Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home
- At least 6 months of prior experience
- Background in luxury retail preferred
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in handling large datasets
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to make autonomous decisions in a timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
Beginner level with at least 6 months of prior experience.
Salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
