1. Lead communication with regional Visual Merchandising production teams to coordinate window displays for designated stores.
2. Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with creative direction and execution standards.
3. Collaborate with the Senior Director and procurement team to establish and monitor budgets for 3D windows.
4. Coordinate with global logistics teams for timely delivery and installation of window displays.
5. Partner with the Senior Director and global creative team to execute window installations, adhering to local guidelines and regulations.
6. Oversee on-site installation teams, ensuring quality control during installation and fabrication processes.
7. Support special store events or window displays, including fixture production and coordination.
8. Act as the primary point of contact on-site for window installation, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
9. Create and manage project milestones to ensure timely completion and launch.
10. Collaborate on communication strategy for team calendars with internal teams and brand stakeholders.
11. Conduct quality checks on all 3D drawings and digital assets to identify inconsistencies.
12. Identify and communicate creative blind spots and bottlenecks with the Senior Director and Global Creative team.
13. Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to ensure project acknowledgment and completion.
14. Maintain strong communication with the Visual Merchandising team during all phases of rollout.
15. Oversee all installations and plan installation schedules in line with delivery and other VM activities.
16. Foster teamwork and camaraderie to create a supportive network.

1. Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience.
2. Proficiency in reading floor plans and CAD drawings.
3. Experience in managing vendors and installation teams.

3. Detail-oriented with flexibility and multitasking capabilities.
4. Strong initiative and accountability for business outcomes.
5. Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
6. Knowledge of SketchUp or Rhino.

Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience in the luxury fashion industry.

Salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
