1. Develop and implement retail strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness while enhancing customer experience.
2. Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring alignment with global standards across boutiques in Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
3. Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team of retail talents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure exceptional client experience and achievement of sales targets.
5. Develop and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and financial performance for retail operations, implementing initiatives to enhance customer loyalty.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions optimizing profitability.
7. Manage project tasks related to the opening of new boutiques, including retro planning, budget management, operations, and team coordination.
8. Create partnerships with local institutions in the respective countries.
9. Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all retail touchpoints.

1. At least 10 years of experience in retail management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury retail market and luxury fashion industry.

2. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Fluency in English and French; additional language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 10 years in retail management, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
