Christian Dior Country Manager

1. Develop and implement retail strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
2. Oversee day-to-day retail operations ensuring alignment with global standards across boutiques in Switzerland, Kazakhstan, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
3. Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team of retail talents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure exceptional client experience and achievement of sales targets.
5. Develop and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and financial performance for retail operations.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize profitability.
7. Manage project tasks related to the opening of new boutiques, including planning, budget management, and team coordination.
8. Create partnerships with local institutions in the countries.
9. Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all retail touchpoints.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field.

1. Strong understanding of the luxury retail market and luxury fashion industry.
2. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Fluent in English and French; another language is a plus.

At least 10 years of experience in retail management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
