- Draft and comment on projects, procedures, and documents.
- Prepare presentation materials.
- Write meeting minutes.
- Conduct research for due diligence procedures.
- Perform documentary research on department-related topics.
- Manage conflict of interest declarations.
- Verify international sanctions lists.
- Collaborate with global subsidiaries for compliance program deployment.
- Contribute to the Ethics & Compliance network.
- Interact with various departments for operational implementation.
- Draft a weekly newsletter on Ethics & Compliance.
- Monitor Sapin 2 action plans.
- Conduct legal monitoring on relevant topics.
- Master's degree in Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Internal Audit & Control.
- Knowledge of business compliance issues (Sapin 2, FCPA/UKBA, whistleblower protection, duty of care, anti-money laundering).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Integrity.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in digital tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Entry-level position.
Master's degree in Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Internal Audit & Control.
