1. Draft and comment on tools, procedures, and documents.
2. Prepare presentation materials.
3. Draft meeting minutes.
4. Conduct research for due diligence procedures.
5. Perform documentary research on departmental topics, including case law and benchmarks.
6. Participate in managing Conflict of Interest declarations.
7. Verify international sanctions lists.
8. Collaborate with global subsidiaries to deploy compliance programs.
9. Contribute to the Ethics & Compliance network.
10. Interact with various departments to implement tools and procedures.
11. Draft a weekly Ethics & Compliance newsletter.
12. Monitor the implementation of Sapin 2 action plans.
13. Conduct legal monitoring on departmental topics.

1. Master's degree in Law, Political Science, Business Ethics, or Internal Audit & Control.

1. Knowledge of business compliance issues (Sapin 2, FCPA/UKBA, whistleblower protection, duty of vigilance, anti-money laundering).
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
5. Integrity.
6. Fluency in English.
7. Proficiency in digital tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Open to beginners.

Master's degree in relevant fields.
