Collection Coordination Assistant Intern

1. Manage marketing prototypes, including tracking and inventory.
2. Plan and manage loans to various divisions such as press, VIP, and production.
3. Archive collections and track deliveries for press, VIP, and digital orders.
4. Participate in the creation of collection presentation tools and prepare the sales showroom.
5. Coordinate prototype requests for various purposes including press and e-commerce.
6. Monitor internal shootings and prototype availability.
7. Assist in drafting press descriptions and handle various press requests.
8. Conduct competitive analysis and trend monitoring.
9. Track press, influence, and VIP coverage.

1. Student in business or fashion school at Bachelor's level (3rd or 4th year).
2. First experience in the fashion industry.

1. Rigorous, organized, and autonomous.
2. Strong fashion and ready-to-wear sensitivity.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Good level of English.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Beginner

Student in business or fashion school at Bachelor's level (3rd or 4th year).
