4. Conduct technological watch on tools and methods for automation and optimization of virtual work environments.
5. Draft and update technical documentation and associated procedures.

1. Pursuing a final-year internship or gap year in computer science, systems, and networks or a similar field (Engineering school, university).
2. Understanding of Windows operating systems and scripting with PowerShell/Python.
3. Strong teamwork skills, excellent writing and communication abilities.
