1. Conduct risk analysis for each fashion show and collaborate with industrial partners.
2. Participate in the validation of compliance pieces prior to launch.
3. Monitor Client Quality results and report identified issues.
4. Alert and engage in decision-making processes regarding production quality concerns.
5. Lead continuous improvement plans.
6. Analyze customer feedback and product stock returns.
7. Act as the point of contact for product alerts, quality guidelines, and improvement plans.
8. Track and analyze KPIs and communicate findings to relevant departments.
9. Contribute to the development of corrective and preventive actions to ensure product quality.
10. Educate and train retail teams on quality issues.
11. Monitor and manage shop-soiled results by region and store, collaborating with retail operations teams.
12. Maintain close relationships with the retail network to align on defect management and quality initiatives.

1. Recent graduate with post-alternance experience or 3-5 years in engineering/business school.

1. Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
2. Strong numerical and product affinity.
3. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
