1. Participate in the international deployment and development of new functionalities for Parfums Christian Dior's client solutions.
2. Engage in the implementation of new features on client domain tools such as CRM, Marketing, and Clienteling using technologies like Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Service Cloud.
3. Conduct analysis and definition of new functionalities, including impact analysis and specification writing.
4. Prepare and execute test strategies.
5. Assist in the preparation for production deployment.
6. Contribute to change management and documentation writing in English.

1. Currently pursuing a final-year internship or gap year starting July 2026.
2. Enrolled in an engineering or business school with a specialization in IT or information technologies (Bac +4/5).
3. Strong interest in client domain ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, and omni-services.
4. Knowledge in project management and eagerness to deepen expertise.
5. Adaptability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
6. Excellent service orientation and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient communication skills in both French and English.
