Christian Dior Client Engagement Trainee

- Maintain effective communication with boutique management, Client Regional teams, Central, vendors, and other teams as necessary.
- Create presentation materials for store leadership and internal use.
- Coordinate communication for shipments and deliveries, ensuring supervisors are kept informed.
- Support local client treatments, client gifting initiatives, and other client-focused activations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing gift inventory, updating trackers, and scheduling meetings.
- Collaborate with store operations and warehouse teams to manage logistics and shipping.
- Coordinate and support the execution of client engagement projects and client outreach lists.
- Manage status and tracking reports with a focus on accuracy.
- Produce and manage weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Conduct research projects, including competitor analysis.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive follow-through practices.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under specific timelines in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient analytical capabilities and computer skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
At least 6 months of prior experience, preferably in luxury retail, though not required.
$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
