- Train and support the team in monitoring clienteling performances and identifying opportunities.
- Guide the team in organizing daily clienteling activities, including Dior connection planning.
- Provide regular feedback and performance results to the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure optimal use and quality of the boutique's database to enhance business operations.
- Leverage all steps of client loyalty programs, including welcome programs and client development paths.
- Monitor outcomes and share weekly CRM KPI reports with the team.
- Coordinate in-store animations with the European marketing team, preparing necessary tools and elements.
- Manage client treatments, identifying profiles for main events, and ensuring budget adherence.
- Share feedback with the regional marketing manager on clienteling operations and strategies.
- Propose local client treatments for top clients, prioritizing local clientele within budget constraints.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality environments.
- Strong business acumen with a passion for creativity and fashion.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and an agile mindset.
- Ability to build lasting relationships through effective communication.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Outstanding customer service skills across various communication channels.
- Prioritization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive approach to client treatment and engagement.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality environments is required.
