Client Development Specialist

1. Train and support the team in monitoring clienteling performances and identifying opportunities.
2. Assist the team in organizing their clienteling work on a daily basis.
3. Share regular feedback and performance results with the Boutique Manager.
4. Ensure the usage of the database to optimize boutique business and data quality.
5. Leverage all steps of client loyalty, including welcome programs and client development paths.
6. Monitor outcomes and share weekly reports on CRM KPIs with the team.
7. Coordinate all in-store animations with the Europe marketing team.
8. Coordinate client treatments, including identifying profiles for main events and managing budgets.
9. Share feedback with the regional marketing manager about clienteling operations and strategies.
10. Propose local client treatments for top clients within budget constraints.

1. 2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion
3. Strong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindset
4. Ability to develop lasting relationships with strong communication
5. Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and electronically
6. Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
7. Fluent in German and English; another language is a plus

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
