Christian Dior Client Development Project Manager — Customer Communications

- Design and deploy the omnichannel communications plan (email, MMS and other digital channels) to support international product marketing and commercial events.
- Define campaign animation plans, content guidelines and targeting for each communication; coordinate internal teams to ensure brand and message consistency across markets.
- Support local markets in implementing communication strategies and adapting creative/operational assets for local needs (including China localisations).
- Lead development of print reward assets and editorial properties (Dior Beauty Magazine); define editorial content and coordinate with marketing teams and external agencies.
- Coordinate contributions to Dior Magazine by defining beauty editorial content and ensuring editorial alignment with Maison image.
- Manage WeChat CRM for the China platform: curate CRM posts, implement tactical activations for key annual moments and liaise with local teams.
- Maximise use of in-house AI algorithms and predictive segmentations to personalise communications and optimise campaign performance.
- Define and run data-driven test & learn strategies (A/B tests), analyse customer behaviour and campaign KPIs, and recommend continuous improvement actions.
- Oversee or liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on brand; line-manage and mentor junior resources (two interns).
- Master's degree from a business school or equivalent higher education.
- Minimum three years' professional experience in CRM, digital marketing or customer communications, ideally in luxury, retail or consumer goods.
- Strong organisation, analytical rigour and autonomy with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; collaborative team player comfortable working with international and cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with sensitivity to brand DNA and luxury positioning.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
