1. Coordinate all in-store animations with the European marketing team and propose new ideas tailored to the boutique's local needs.
2. Monitor action results and share weekly reports on CRM KPIs with the team.
3. Ensure optimal use and quality of the database, maintaining accurate contact information.
4. Ensure the team is informed about the client development strategy and boutique clienteling objectives.
5. Guide the team in organizing their clienteling activities on a daily basis.
6. Coach, train, and support the team in monitoring clienteling performances and identifying opportunities.
7. Act as the key contact for the Boutique Manager, providing regular feedback and performance updates, and maintain regular contact with the regional marketing manager.

1. 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within luxury products or hospitality.

1. Ability to identify and meet customer needs, exceeding expectations.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills in a fast-paced environment.
3. Initiative and commercial creativity, with a keen fashion sense and knowledge of the luxury industry.
4. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail, including 2 years in a managerial capacity within the luxury sector.
