1. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the client database.
2. Coordinate and oversee follow-up actions for client engagement, including recent purchasers and special occasions.
3. Develop and execute targeted CRM actions, including event planning and client outreach campaigns.
4. Manage client treatment processes, including targeting, invitations, and ROI analysis for headquarters initiatives.
5. Oversee the appropriate use of client gifts and coordinate gifting actions for local celebrations.
6. Support the team in delivering a high-end in-store experience, including VIP room services.
7. Cultivate and maintain partnerships for client recruitment and retention.
8. Provide weekly updates and monthly analyses on local client metrics and objectives.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
