- Ensure the accuracy of the client database.
- Coordinate follow-up actions with the team for clients.
- Develop target lists and manage event attendance.
- Organize and oversee OTOs campaigns in-store.
- Manage client targeting, invitation processes, and ROI for treatments.
- Coordinate gifting actions and manage gift stock.
- Support the team in providing high-end service in-store.
- Develop and maintain partnerships for client recruitment.
- Share local client figures and objectives weekly, and conduct monthly dashboard analysis.
- Knowledge of basic IT (Office)
