Client Development Manager

1. Coordinate all in-store animations with the Europe marketing team and propose new ideas according to local needs.
2. Monitor the results of actions and share weekly reports on CRM KPIs with the team.
3. Ensure the use of the database to optimize boutique business and maintain data quality.
4. Ensure the team is aware of the client development strategy and boutique clienteling objectives.
5. Assist the team in organizing their clienteling work on a daily basis.
6. Coach, train, and support the team in monitoring clienteling performances and identifying opportunities.
7. Serve as the key contact point for the Boutique Manager and maintain regular contact with the regional marketing manager.

1. 5+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 2 years in management within a luxury product or hospitality setting.

1. Ability to identify and meet customer needs.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.
3. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity.
4. Good knowledge of the luxury industry.
5. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury or hospitality environment.
