1. Define the marketing animation plan and associated ROI objectives.
2. Organize and manage client events and animations in the boutique, ensuring execution quality aligns with the brand's standards.
3. Create and follow up on event proposals.
4. Manage all external providers and stakeholders.
5. Coordinate with all internal entities.
6. Create invitations and other client communication assets.
7. Participate in organizing events at 30 Montaigne, including internal, image, and press events.
8. Communicate with teams about the animation plan and marketing actions.
9. Manage the budget for events and client treatments.
10. Propose new creative formats.
11. Provide quantitative and qualitative reporting for each initiative.
12. Coordinate client treatments during major Dior events, including database updates, welcome packs, gifts, and service provision.
13. Initiate local client treatments for top clients or those to be retained, with a personalized approach.
14. Monitor the budget allocated to client treatments.
15. Align each event with the overall 30 Montaigne strategy to enhance brand awareness, increase sales, retain clients, and develop the boutique as a vibrant experience hub.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury event management.
2. Field experience is required.
3. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
