1. Coordinate in-store animations with the European marketing team and propose new ideas tailored to local boutique needs.
2. Monitor and report weekly on CRM KPIs to the team, ensuring data accuracy and optimization.
3. Ensure the team is aligned with the client development strategy and boutique clienteling objectives.
4. Guide the team in organizing day-to-day clienteling activities.
5. Coach and support the team in monitoring clienteling performance and identifying opportunities.
6. Serve as the key contact for the Boutique Manager, providing regular feedback and performance updates, and maintain communication with the regional marketing manager.

1. 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management within luxury products or hospitality.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.

3. Initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury industry.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, including 2 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector or hospitality.
