1. Coordinate all in-store animations with the European marketing team, proposing new ideas tailored to local boutique needs.
2. Monitor the results of actions and share weekly reports on CRM KPIs with the team.
3. Ensure optimal use and quality of the database, maintaining accurate contact information.
4. Ensure team awareness of client development strategy and boutique clienteling objectives.
5. Support the team in organizing daily clienteling activities.
6. Coach, train, and support the team in monitoring clienteling performance and identifying opportunities.
7. Act as the key contact for the Boutique Manager, providing regular feedback and performance results, and maintain contact with the regional marketing manager.

1. 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management, preferably in luxury products or hospitality.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Initiative and commercial creativity.
4. Good knowledge of the luxury industry.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within luxury or hospitality sectors.
