Christian Dior Client Development Manager – CRM

- Conduct CRM analysis and reporting of KPIs, segmented by universe and sales associates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Monitor one-to-one outreach, retention, segmentation, recruitment, and local initiatives.
- Analyze clienteling performance of sales associates and report findings to retail management.
- Manage the client database, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Develop and implement action plans aligned with the 30 Montaigne strategy to address business needs.
- Activate recruitment and loyalty initiatives, and oversee central programs.
- Identify client profiles, define criteria for retail events, and manage client treatments and gifts.
- Lead and animate the CRM Referents community.
- Facilitate CRM training for new employees and provide spot coaching to enhance clienteling mindset.
- Create local CRM campaigns and manage targeting.
- Develop and oversee newsletters for the 30 Montaigne client database.
- Create internal communication tools.
- Order and manage client gifts for local activations or events, including targeting.
- Significant initial experience in retail or client management with a strong understanding of performance and loyalty challenges.
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking to guide strategic actions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead training sessions and foster a strong client-centric culture.
- Proactive and pragmatic with the ability to propose business-appropriate solutions.
- Mastery of CRM tools, data analysis, and digital communication.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
