Responsibilities
- Analyze and report CRM KPIs by category and salesperson on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Monitor OTOs, retention, segmentation, recruitment, and local performance.
- Analyze clienteling performance of sales associates and report to retail management.
- Manage the client database, ensuring data quality.
- Implement action plans aligned with the 30 Montaigne strategy to meet business needs.
- Activate recruitment and loyalty initiatives, and follow up on programs implemented by the Central team.
- Identify client profiles and define criteria for retail events, client treatments, and gifts.
- Animate the CRM Referents community.
- Conduct CRM training for new joiners and provide spot coaching to develop clienteling mindset.
- Create local CRM campaigns and manage targeting.
- Create and follow up on 30 Montaigne newsletters for the client database.
- Create internal communication tools.
- Order and track client gifts for local activations or events.
Qualifications
- Significant initial experience in retail or client management with a good understanding of performance and loyalty challenges.
Skills
- Analytical skills with comfort in handling numerical data and KPI tracking.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of conducting training and fostering a strong client culture.
- Proactive and pragmatic with the ability to propose solutions tailored to business needs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and digital communication.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience required.
