1. Manage and optimize production capacity across multiple plants to meet production targets efficiently.
2. Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks or capacity constraints.
3. Collaborate with production, planning, Central Supply Chain, F&A, and logistics teams to align capacity plans with production goals and customer demand.
4. Coordinate with plant managers and production teams to balance workloads and ensure adherence to production schedules.
5. Forecast and plan for future capacity needs based on projected growth, market demands, and product requirements.
6. Lead capacity planning meetings, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements, risk management, and logistics optimization.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in capacity planning, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
3. Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.

1. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
3. Experience in implementing and optimizing logistics systems and processes across multiple sites.
4. Advanced knowledge of English (B2 or higher).
5. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
6. Proficiency in SAP.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in capacity planning, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
