- Analyze sales performance through weekly and monthly reports, including collection analysis, category contribution, regional performance, and nationality-based insights.
- Monitor collection performance, including sales, sell-through rates, and best-selling items.
- Track the performance of permanent collections.
- Synthesize analyses into presentations and in-depth studies.
- Conduct sales forecast analyses, including monthly revenue projections and consolidation.
- Perform ad hoc analyses as needed.
- Prepare budget presentations and strategic summary notes.
- Coordinate cross-functional analyses in collaboration with Retail Merchandising teams.
- Manage cross-functional projects for the Dior Homme division.
- Assist in preparing OTB meetings and coordinate presentations for plenary sessions, pre-briefings, and debriefings.
- Participate in projects to enhance analytical tools.
- Conduct CRM analyses and coordinate clienteling campaigns, defining targeting strategies with CRM teams.
- Participate in alignment meetings prior to collection launches.
- University degree or business school diploma in Finance, Retail Management, Business Engineering, or Supply Chain and Buying.
- Minimum of 4 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills with a deep understanding of the retail sector.
- Interest in fashion and luxury products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong synthesis, organizational, and proactive skills.
- High level of rigor, precision, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and autonomy.
- Dynamic, curious, and open-minded with a developed sense of communication, listening, and observation.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar analytical role within the retail or luxury sector.
University degree or business school diploma in relevant fields.
