Christian Dior Building Projects Technician (Work‑Study / Alternance)

1. Collect and analyse requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications (cahier des charges).
2. Contribute to the preparation and issuance of supplier consultations in collaboration with the purchasing department.
3. Support the project management and progress monitoring of renovation, modification or construction works on tertiary and industrial sites.
4. Coordinate multiple project participants (contractors, technical teams, maintenance) throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Participate in site commissioning, testing and formal handover of new premises and equipment to user and maintenance teams.
6. Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of project management methodologies.

1. Enrolled in a Bac+2 technical programme in building construction / civil works (BTS, DUT or equivalent); progression to a professional Bachelor's degree possible within the alternance.
2. Strong written communication skills for drafting technical specifications and reporting.
3. Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional technical interlocutors.
4. Organisational rigor and capacity to follow multiple concurrent project activities.

Currently preparing a Bac+2 diploma in building/construction (BTS, DUT or equivalent). A subsequent professional Licence (Bachelor) may be considered as part of the alternance pathway.
