Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Drive attainment of sales and profitability targets through effective local commercial planning and daily performance management.
- Monitor store KPIs and prepare analytical reports for headquarters; propose and implement corrective or development action plans.
- Plan and execute brand initiatives and in-store events to increase traffic, develop client loyalty and acquire new clients.
- Lead the boutique team to deliver world-class client experiences, promoting a customer-centric culture and rigorous clienteling practices.
- Recruit, coach and develop a team of sales advisors; set individual objectives, conduct performance reviews and manage scheduling according to business needs.
- Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy and replenishment in collaboration with back-office teams to optimise sell-through.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures across cash handling, inventory, IT, security and other operational processes.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards as defined by the visual team and ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Minimum three years' experience as a store or boutique manager in retail with proven commercial results.
- Prior responsibility for a team of approximately 5–10 employees.
- Experience in luxury retail is highly preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Strong people management capability: recruiting, coaching, motivating and developing staff.
- Proficient communicator, persuasive and customer-focused with a proactive, decision-oriented mindset.

At least 3 years in retail or boutique management with proven responsibility for commercial performance and leading a team of 5–10; experience in luxury beauty or fashion retail preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline is preferred.
