Responsibilities
- Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories.
- Lead the leadership team to develop sales associates in client development and individual sales goals.
- Ensure outstanding client service at all times.
- Conduct regular management meetings to review performance, operations, and employee relations.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance with payroll budgets.
- Partner with Human Resources for recruitment and hiring.
- Manage payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount to maintain the boutique operating budget.
- Coordinate events with the corporate office to increase boutique traffic and sales.
- Develop product knowledge in coordination with merchants and training team.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
- Participate in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Report on product sell-through and client feedback to the merchandising team.
- Lead operational processes with the operations manager, including shipping, receiving, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Review operational reports to ensure adherence to company policies and manage store profitability.
- Ensure security and safety compliance of physical facilities.
- Conduct quarterly emergency procedures meetings and update emergency contact lists.
- Develop strategies to support the boutique’s service, efficiency, and productivity.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of boutique management experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and luxury clientele.

- Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership team and staff.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 10 years of boutique management experience.
