Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories.
- Lead and develop the leadership team to enhance client development and individual sales goals.
- Ensure outstanding client service at all times.
- Conduct regular management meetings to review performance, operations, and employee relations.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets.
- Partner with Human Resources for recruitment and hiring of boutique staff.
- Manage payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount to maintain the boutique's operating budget.
- Coordinate events with the corporate office to increase boutique traffic and sales.
- Develop product knowledge in collaboration with Merchants and the Training Team.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate and participate in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Report on product sell-through and client feedback to the Merchandising Team.
- Lead operational processes with the Operations Manager to minimize stock loss and enhance customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including security and record-keeping procedures.
- Review operational reports to ensure store profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure security measures and facilities comply with safety codes.
- Conduct quarterly emergency procedures meetings and maintain updated emergency contacts.
- Develop strategies to enhance the boutique’s service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Minimum of 10 years of boutique management experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and luxury clientele.
- Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership teams and staff.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
Minimum 10 years of boutique management experience in the luxury fashion industry.
