Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Achieve sales targets while upholding the brand's values and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service, fostering loyalty, and managing public relations.
- Optimize sales by implementing customer retention strategies, organizing events, and providing excellent service.
- Oversee visual merchandising to enhance product presentation and ensure an attractive display.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with area merchandisers to maintain appropriate inventory.
- Analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Supervise boutique operations, including general procedures, internal controls, stock management, product flow, and cash handling.
- Manage and develop the team by providing guidance, coaching, and appropriate training.
- Enhance team sales skills through training programs and providing necessary tools and resources.
- Recruit new team members to strengthen existing teams and maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Promote a team-oriented culture, encouraging communication, collaboration, and cooperation.
- Motivate teams by recognizing exceptional performance and encouraging professional development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management.
- Comprehensive understanding of boutique operations, financial management, and team leadership.
- Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
- Sensitivity to the fashion industry.
- Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in team management within a retail environment, with a deep understanding of boutique operations and financial management.
