- Implement a development plan for succession and retention of key talents.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Promote the development of team members' sales and management skills.
- Conduct annual evaluations of the entire team based on a variety of criteria.
- Drive business activity using KPIs to reach boutique targets.
- Develop strategies to support efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs to ensure proper stock levels and oversee the execution of window displays.
- Collaborate with Retail Director and Head Office departments on sales, events, trunk-shows, and team management.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to take initiatives to increase business.
- Ensure the boutique gains new client acquisition while elevating its loyal customer base.
- Develop and maintain a qualitative customer network, coordinate in-store events, and participate in local events.
- Analyze and optimize customer management and CRM.
- Ensure all processes are respected in retail operations.
- Oversee compliance with established company policies, procedures, and inventories.
- Control back-office organization and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure the boutique floor is always covered to welcome clients.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position.
- Qualitative and in-depth understanding of local current and potential customers.
- Experience working with financial reports and budgets, as well as KPIs and developing action plans based on them.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, strong service consciousness, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A deep understanding and appreciation for the luxury fashion industry as well as the retail environment, commercial mindset, and business-driven thinking.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position is required.
