1. Implement a development plan for succession and retention of key talents.
2. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.

4. Promote the development of team members' sales and management skills.
5. Conduct annual evaluations of the entire team based on a variety of criteria.
6. Drive business activity using KPIs to reach boutique targets.
7. Develop strategies to support efficiency and productivity.
8. Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs to ensure proper stock levels and oversee the execution of window displays.
9. Collaborate with Retail Director and Head Office departments on sales, events, trunk-shows, and team management.
10. Provide regular reports and analysis to take initiatives to increase business.
11. Ensure the boutique gains new client acquisition while elevating its loyal customer base.
12. Develop and maintain a qualitative customer network, coordinate in-store events, and participate in local events.
13. Analyze and optimize customer management and CRM.
14. Ensure all processes are respected in retail operations.
15. Oversee compliance with established company policies, procedures, and inventories.
16. Control back-office organization and optimize stock levels.
17. Ensure the boutique floor is always covered to welcome clients.

1. 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position.
2. Qualitative and in-depth understanding of local current and potential customers.
3. Experience working with financial reports and budgets, as well as KPIs and developing action plans based on them.

1. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
2. Excellent communication skills, strong service consciousness, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
3. A deep understanding and appreciation for the luxury fashion industry as well as the retail environment, commercial mindset, and business-driven thinking.
4. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in another language is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position is required.
