Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Achieve annual sales goals across all product categories within the boutique.
- Lead and develop the leadership team to enhance client development and individual sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional client service at all times.
- Conduct regular management meetings to review performance, operations, and employee relations, and to develop business strategies.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling of associates, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets.
- Collaborate with Human Resources for recruitment and hiring of boutique sales and leadership team.
- Manage payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount to maintain the boutique operating budget.
- Coordinate events with the corporate office to increase boutique traffic and sales.
- Develop product knowledge in coordination with merchants and training teams.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate and participate in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Report on product sell-through and client feedback to inform merchandising strategies.
- Lead operational processes in partnership with the Operations Manager to minimize stock loss and enhance customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding funds, property, personnel practices, security, sales, and record-keeping.
- Review operational reports to ensure adherence to company policies and manage store profitability.
- Ensure security measures and compliance with safety codes and ordinances.
- Conduct quarterly emergency procedures meetings and maintain updated emergency contact lists.
- Develop strategies to enhance the boutique's service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Minimum of 10 years of boutique management experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
- Proven ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership teams and staff.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Effective delegation and follow-up skills with department managers.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with strong listening abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
