1. Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories.
2. Lead the leadership team to develop sales associates in client development and individual sales goals.
3. Ensure outstanding client service at all times.
4. Conduct regular management meetings to review performance and develop business strategy.
5. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance with payroll budgets.
6. Partner with Human Resources for recruitment and hiring.
7. Manage payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount to maintain the operating budget.
8. Coordinate events with the corporate office to increase boutique traffic and sales.
9. Develop product knowledge in coordination with merchants and the training team.
10. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and campaigns.
11. Coordinate and participate in in-store promotions.
12. Report on product sell-through and client feedback to the merchandising team.
13. Lead operational processes with the operations manager to minimize stock loss.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
15. Review operational reports to ensure adherence to policies and manage profitability.
16. Ensure security and safety compliance of physical facilities.
17. Conduct quarterly emergency procedures meetings and update emergency contact lists.
18. Develop strategies to support service, efficiency, and productivity.

1. At least 10 years of boutique management experience.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.

2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
3. Ability to delegate tasks and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
4. Clear and concise communication skills.
5. Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
6. Ability to travel as needed.
7. Proficiency in operating all necessary equipment.
