- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to meet boutique targets.
- Analyze luxury market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product assortments and maximize sales.
- Cultivate relationships with VIP clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence by adhering to internal procedures and policies.
- Manage inventory, oversee replenishments, and ensure attractive product presentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for event planning and product launches.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring personalized and exceptional client experiences.
- Set individual and team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Promote a culture of service excellence and ensure the team delivers high-quality, personalized service.
- Foster team cohesion, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in team management and boutique operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Strong commercial development and performance management skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work autonomously, make strategic decisions, and solve problems.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
