1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives.
2. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to meet boutique targets.
3. Analyze luxury market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product assortments and maximize sales.
4. Cultivate relationships with VIP clients, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Ensure operational excellence by adhering to internal procedures and policies.
6. Manage inventory, oversee replenishments, and ensure attractive product presentation.
7. Collaborate with internal teams for event planning and product launches.
8. Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring personalized and exceptional client experiences.
9. Set individual and team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
10. Promote a culture of service excellence and ensure the team delivers high-quality, personalized service.
11. Foster team cohesion, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in team management and boutique operations.
2. Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
3. Strong commercial development and performance management skills.
4. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
5. Ability to work autonomously, make strategic decisions, and solve problems.
6. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
