1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.

3. Analyze luxury market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product assortments and maximize sales.
4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP clients, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Ensure operational efficiency by adhering to internal procedures and policies.
6. Manage inventory, oversee replenishments, and ensure attractive product presentation.
7. Collaborate with internal teams for special events and product launches.
8. Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring personalized and exceptional client experiences.
9. Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.

1. Minimum of 8 years in team management and boutique operations.
2. Proven leadership and team management skills.
3. Strong commercial development and performance management capabilities.
4. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
5. Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and solve problems.
6. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
