- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet boutique objectives.
- Analyze luxury market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product assortments and maximize sales.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure operational efficiency by adhering to internal procedures and policies.
- Manage inventory, oversee replenishments, and ensure attractive product presentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams for special events and product launches.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring personalized and exceptional client experiences.
- Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Promote a culture of customer service excellence and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster team cohesion, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Minimum of 8 years in team management and boutique operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong commercial development and performance management capabilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and solve problems.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
