1. Develop and implement strategies to recruit high-potential clients for the Amsterdam boutique.
2. Enhance client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to improve ROI.
3. Foster client loyalty with a focus on local clientele, collaborating with department and store managers.
4. Coach and support the team in clienteling performance and opportunity detection.
5. Manage all Client Development Management (CDM) reporting, offering analytical insights and recommendations.
6. Coordinate and manage client experiences, including trunk shows and in-store events.
7. Establish strong internal and external partnerships for marketing and event opportunities in the Netherlands.
8. Monitor and analyze the results and profitability of implemented actions.
9. Maintain and update customer data management systems.
10. Ensure Dior standards are upheld in merchandising, client experience, and back-office activities.
11. Act as a brand ambassador for Dior at public and store events, promoting the brand's image, service, and products.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury brand in a similar position with strong clienteling expertise.

1. Proven leadership in client development and clienteling strategy.
2. Advanced relationship-building and communication skills.
3. Strategic and data-driven mindset.
4. Strong commercial and sales expertise.
5. Cross-functional collaboration skills.
6. Full working proficiency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft and other digital tools.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury brand in a similar position with strong clienteling expertise.
