Parfums Christian Dior is the cosmetics and fragrance division of the House of Dior and a key label within the LVMH group. 1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Dior’s values and the ‘Dior attitude’ in every customer interaction.
2. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations across fragrance, makeup and skincare to fulfil client needs and cultivate long‑term relationships.
3. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets; contribute to monthly counter sales performance and conversion metrics.
4. Create a flawless, detail‑driven luxury shopping experience through high standards of clienteling and service etiquette.
5. Recommend complementary items and global beauty rituals to increase basket size and customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain counter standards in line with corporate guidelines: merchandising, stock monitoring, reporting inventory issues and executing assigned administrative tasks.
7. Adhere to operational requirements including punctuality and attendance; comply with Dior beauty standards and in‑store protocols.
8. Report to the Counter Manager or Boutique Manager and collaborate cross‑functionally with other teams as required.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a recognised beauty or cosmetology school is advantageous.
2. Professional retail or service experience; 1–2 years in luxury retail or cosmetics preferred.
3. Fluent local language (Mandarin) with strong verbal communication skills.
4. Customer‑centric mindset with an ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships.
5. Professional demeanour: courteous, enthusiastic, organized, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.

Previous experience in retail or service environments is required; 1–2 years of experience in luxury cosmetics or prestige retail is preferred.
