1. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dior values and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience at the counter.
2. Achieve personal and monthly counter sales targets; contribute to overall counter performance metrics.
3. Identify customer needs through consultative selling and recommend personalised solutions across fragrances, cosmetics and skincare.
4. Deliver high-standard, detail-oriented service during client interactions and educate clients about Dior products and beauty regimes.
5. Propose complementary product pairings and global beauty rituals to increase basket value.
6. Maintain counter presentation and hygiene according to company guidelines and visual standards.
7. Monitor stock levels, report inventory issues to the counter manager and ensure product availability.
8. Perform assigned business and administrative tasks and comply with Dior operational requirements (attendance, punctuality) and beauty protocols.
9. Report to the Counter Manager/Boutique Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.

1. Experience in retail or service; 1–2 years in luxury retail preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; graduates of accredited beauty schools welcome.
3. Customer-focused mindset with a professional, courteous demeanour.
4. Confident communicator, comfortable building trust and rapport with clients.
5. Adaptable, proactive learner with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
