- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dior values and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience at the counter.
- Achieve personal and monthly counter sales targets; contribute to overall counter performance metrics.
- Identify customer needs through consultative selling and recommend personalised solutions across fragrances, cosmetics and skincare.
- Deliver high-standard, detail-oriented service during client interactions and educate clients about Dior products and beauty regimes.
- Propose complementary product pairings and global beauty rituals to increase basket value.
- Maintain counter presentation and hygiene according to company guidelines and visual standards.
- Monitor stock levels, report inventory issues to the counter manager and ensure product availability.
- Perform assigned business and administrative tasks and comply with Dior operational requirements (attendance, punctuality) and beauty protocols.
- Report to the Counter Manager/Boutique Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
- Experience in retail or service; 1–2 years in luxury retail preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduates of accredited beauty schools welcome.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional, courteous demeanour.
- Confident communicator, comfortable building trust and rapport with clients.
- Adaptable, proactive learner with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Professional experience in retail and customer service; candidates with 1–2 years of luxury cosmetics or beauty counter experience will be prioritised.
High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from a recognised beauty or cosmetology school is an asset.
