1. Assist in the development of women's leather goods collections and strategy execution within the Leather Goods Bags Business Unit.
2. Conduct weekly sales reporting, analyzing results by collection, product segment, and region.
3. Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-through rates and stock coverage, identifying growth opportunities and best-sellers.
4. Provide recommendations for guidelines and action plans.
5. Support the construction of permanent and seasonal assortments.
6. Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting with purchase forecasting and buying strategy development.
7. Implement collection modeling and review network segmentation by store type.
8. Prepare debrief meetings with purchase adjustment recommendations by region.
9. Propose and implement relevant tools aligned with ongoing projects.
10. Develop product guidelines for Visual Merchandising, including launches, capsules, and stories.

1. Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's +4/5 level).
2. Fluency in English.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Previous experience in Finance, Consulting, Management Control, or as a Business Analyst is highly valued.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with prior exposure to finance, consulting, or business analysis.
