- Assist in the development of women's leather goods collections and strategy execution within the Leather Goods Bags Business Unit.
- Conduct weekly sales reporting, analyzing results by collection, product segment, and region.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-through rates and stock coverage, identifying growth opportunities and best-sellers.
- Provide recommendations for guidelines and action plans.
- Support the construction of permanent and seasonal assortments.
- Participate in showroom buying sessions, assisting with purchase forecasting and buying strategy development.
- Implement collection modeling and review network segmentation by store type.
- Prepare debrief meetings with purchase adjustment recommendations by region.
- Propose and implement relevant tools aligned with ongoing projects.
- Develop product guidelines for Visual Merchandising, including launches, capsules, and stories.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's +4/5 level).
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience in Finance, Consulting, Management Control, or as a Business Analyst is highly valued.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with prior exposure to finance, consulting, or business analysis.
Bachelor's degree in progress, preferably in Business or Engineering.
